Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Vetir gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, email info@vetir.org with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Sale items and final sale products are non-refundable.
